Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use getbelumo.com or buy services from Belumo. Belumo is a trade name of Harbor Ridge Advisory LLC ("Belumo", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you buy a service, the order or client agreement for that service also applies; if the two differ, the client agreement wins.

What we do

Belumo provides marketing assessments, plans, content drafts and related advice for small businesses and creators. We use a proprietary network of AI agents and related AI tools to research and draft, and a person reviews every piece of work before you receive it. Each service and what it includes is described on our Services page and in your order.

What we do not do

  • We do not post, reply or publish on your accounts. You review, approve and post everything.
  • We do not ask for, or accept, your passwords.
  • We do not contact your customers or reviewers.
  • We do not buy, write, filter or hide reviews.

No guaranteed results

We promise the work described in your order, done carefully and reviewed by a person. We do not guarantee followers, rankings, sales, revenue or any other result. Results depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms, your market and how you use our recommendations.

Your part

  • Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us if something changes.
  • Make sure you have the right to share anything you send us, such as photos or posts.
  • Review our work before you use it. You decide what to publish and you are responsible for what you publish.
  • Follow the rules of each platform you use.

Not professional advice

Our work is marketing advice. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Name and availability checks in the Brand Starter Kit are not trademark clearance; speak with an attorney before relying on a name.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars on our Services page and are the total you pay at checkout.
  • One-time services are paid before work begins.
  • Monthly services, such as Signal Studio, are billed through Stripe every month from the day you start and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing date, including through the "Manage subscription" link on our site; the current month is not refunded.
  • Introductory prices, such as pricing for our first 20 clients, apply only while stated.

Refunds

If you cancel a one-time service before we begin work, we refund you in full. Once work has begun, we do not offer refunds, but if something we delivered is wrong or missing from what your order promised, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it at no charge.

Who owns the work

Once you have paid, you own the final deliverables we create for you, such as your plan, captions and logo mark, and you can use them however you like. Belumo keeps ownership of its own methods, templates, checklists and tools, and may reuse general know-how. Anything you send us stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to do your work.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to serve you. We will not use your name, logo or results in our marketing without your written permission.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Belumo's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending our work together

Either of us may end a monthly service by giving notice before the next billing date. We may decline or stop work that would be deceptive, unlawful or against our Code of Conduct, and will refund any prepaid amount for work not yet started.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through our form or trying to break its security. The site's content and the Belumo name and logo belong to us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
