Privacy notice

Belumo is a trade name of Harbor Ridge Advisory LLC ("Belumo", "we", "us"). This notice explains what information we collect through getbelumo.com and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email hello@getbelumo.com.
What we collect
- What you send us in the Request an Assessment form: your name, business email, business name, website or social link, where your business is today, and your 90-day goal.
- What you share as a client: details about your business, your goals, and posts or files you choose to send us so we can do the work you asked for.
- Emails you send us at hello@getbelumo.com.
- Basic visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- Spam protection: our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address for this check.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not buy information about you.
How we use it
- To read your request, decide whether we are a good fit, and reply to you.
- To deliver the services you buy, including your assessment and any ongoing work.
- To send invoices and keep business records.
- To keep our site and form secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How we use AI
Belumo uses a proprietary network of AI agents and AI tools to research and draft. A person reviews every piece of work before it reaches a client. We keep personal information out of our AI tools: your name, email and contact details, and personal details about your customers, are not put into AI prompts. AI tools may see business information, such as your business type, goals and public posts, to research and draft your work. We use paid business AI services, not free consumer tools.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run Belumo. They handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, spam check, visit statistics)
- Airtable (where form requests are stored for review)
- Zoho (our email)
- Our payment processor (to take payment; we never see or store full card numbers)
- Paid AI providers (business information only, as described above)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your request within 12 months. For clients, we keep project records for as long as you are a client and then for up to 7 years for tax and business records, unless you ask us to delete something we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@getbelumo.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limited access to keep your information safe. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
Belumo is for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
